Online Shopping Uk – Legal Protection
With online shopping UK figures showing a dramatic recovery from the dotcom crash of 2000 and about 90% of consumers planning to shop at Christmas , it is important for shoppers to know their rights when buying online.
It is vital to remember that when you are buying online, you have the same rights as when you are buying in a corner shop.
Here are some of the sites where you can get legal advice and protection when a purchase goes wrong.
Trading Standards Consumer Complaints www.consumercomplaints.org.uk This is a site where you can make a complaint about a company or request advice.
Office of Fair Trading www.oft.gov.uk/consumer This site gives lots of general advice on consumer rights in the UK and tips on how to complain.
Trading Standards www.tradingstandards.gov.uk An important site for UK shoppers. Here there is a database of consumer guides. The site also contains links to the Advertising Standards Authority and the Direct Marketing Association.
Advice Guide from Citizens’ Advice www.adviceguide.org.uk A site with many informative factsheets on all kinds of consumer topics.
Consumer Direct www.consumerdirect.gov.uk This is a site from the Department of Trade and Industry which has excellent factsheets on various topics including internet security and online scams.
Which Online www.which.net This is a subscription site with a mass of consumer information and the latest news on credit card fraud and general internet security.
Shopping online is normally a pleasant experience. However, if things do go wrong it is important to know your rights when you are contacting companies as they tend to respect consumers who demonstrate that they know the law straight away.

In 2005 the debate of contaminating other planets was heated with the landing of Mars Rover on the Martian Surface. Many were concerned that we would be planting Earth microbes onto the planet and affecting its ecosystems there. We see now there is no complex life that we can see living on the surface of the planet and scientists admit that material from Mars is already on Earth and material from Earth is already on Mars thru meteorites and exchanges of material floating around in space between the two planets. We have found meteorites on Earth, which are now known to have come from Mars although hundreds of millions of years ago. We have found water ice on Mars and believe there is ground water too. Some of which may produce steam clouds during volcanic activity.
In 2006 we will see micro-biologists float what would have been unheard of just years ago, that we plant microbial life on Mars that will feed off of what is there and produce oxygen as their by-product. We will hear of possibilities and theories of taking complex life forms on earth, which can live without oxygen and place them in the most favorable places for their species on Mars to see if they will colonize and cut out their own niche. We will here ideas of using waves to generate tremblers and cause seismic activity to release volcanic activity and heat to pierce thru underground water aquifers to create giant steam clouds for rain and water and create greater density in the atmosphere with oxygen as an additional component. There will be all sorts of ideas of planting vegetation on Mars in 2006, so think on this.

Tip 1 – Tummy Toner – In addition to your toning workout, eat smaller
portions. Your stomach is only about as large as your fist. So no need
to stuff yourself with a large plate full of food.
Tip 2 – Try a Trainer – Get advice or help from a trainer from time to
time. Some online trainers are pretty affordable like around $2 week at
eDiets.com. Or search your favorite online engine for free fitness
forums and chat away.
Tip 3 – Posture Practice – Practice improving your posture daily, no
matter whether you are sitting at your work desk, sitting at home in
the family room or at the table, or standing and walking.
Tip 4 – Variety – Vary your toning routine during the week. Alternate
days that you do cardio work on days when you don’t do your toning
work.
Tip 5 – Routine – Also vary your routine. Research shows that a body
can adapt to the same routine over a 4- to 6-week time frame. When you
vary the routine, the body works harder, trying to adapt once again. At
least increase the intensity or amount of sets you do. But “change”
something.
Tip 6 – Warm Up – Don’t forget to warm up with some stretches before
diving into your toning exercises in both cardio and strength training.
You only need about 5 to 8 minutes. And target the muscle groups that
you’ll be using. What is “WARM-UP” -A warm-up period helps your body by
passing along lots of blood, full of nutrients, to areas that are about
to be exercised, resulting in the warming up of the muscles and the
lubrication of the joints. No matter whether you are working out at
home, in a fitness center or outdoors, regardless of weather, you need
to warm up before beginning all exercise activities in order to prepare
your body for your workout. So improve your performance and reduce your
risk of injury with a warm-up period.
What is “COOL-DOWN” – The period of 5 to 10 minutes at the end of your
workout is the cool-down period. It allows time to lower your heart
rate before you dash back off to work or other activities after your
workout sessions, and reduces your risk of muscle soreness and injury
that could come from your workout. This cool-down period should include
5 minutes of cardio exercise like stationary biking or walking, and
should proceed at a reduced pace from your previous exercise
activities. At the end, you should focus on about 5 minutes of slow,
focused stretching, when your breathing goes back to where it was
before your workout.
Tip 7 – Get a Grip – When using weights, hold them firmly yet
comfortably, not tight, raising your blood pressure in the process.
Tip 8 – Un-Lock – Remember not to lock your knees or your elbows while
working out. Don’t place undo stress on them.
Tip 9 – Turtle Moves – Remember who won Aesop’s famous race and go slow
and steady, especially with any equipment and machines you are using.
For example, avoid having machine weights slam back into position at
all times.
Tip 10 – Focus -From Aesop to the old Kung-Fu movie, here’s a tip:
focus on the muscle group you are working on during your workout,
Grasshopper. Look at a wall if necessary, to maintain your
concentration and proceed slow and steady.
Tip 11 – Journal – Keep a diary, journal or some type of record of your
progress. Note which exercises you’re using for which muscle groups,
the number of repetitions and intensity. Track your diet here, too, if
you’d like. Then set goals for yourself and update them regularly.
Tip 12 – Attention – Stand up straight! Chest out and up. Shoulders
back. Keep good posture.
Tip 13 – Breath – At first it’s difficult to monitor everything. But
once you learn your routines, remember to exhale when lifting. Inhale
when returning back to the beginning position.
Tip 14 – R&R – Don’t forget that “All work and no play…” saying. Rest
and relax. Work different muscle groups on alternate days.
Tip 15 – NO Hiding! – Psst – Some of the most difficult-to-shed fat is
hiding under your belly button. Even though you may have strong abs, no
one will see them if the overlying tissue is fat. Ugh! Time to hit the
crunches and leg raises.
In conclusion, to get the toned body you desire, you need a regularly
scheduled combination program of aerobic exercises, strength training,
and good, healthy eating habits. A good place to begin is with your
healthcare provider for the latest information about a well-balanced
dietary and exercise plan to begin your strategic toning today.

Learning the Spanish language, as with any other language is a daunting task. There is a lot to learn and it takes a long time to do it. However it seems to be further complicated by a fact I just recently learned. There appear to be many different kinds of Spanish. As with English you expect a language to have different dialects and accents. The people in New York Speak a lot differently form the people Georgia or Minnesota. However the basic structure is the same and the vocabulary is the same. The same is not necessarily true for Spanish.
First of all I learned there is Latin American Spanish and there is Spanish in Spain. These two things appear to actually be quite different. Sure the language is the same, most things are the same, but there are many words that are different and there is an entire verb conjugation that is used in Spain that is not used in parts of Latin America. This should not be a problem right; kind of like the English language in England has words for things that are not used in English in the United States. However, if you use a word in the US that someone would use in England 9 times out of 10 people will know what you are talking about. The same is not true when you learn the Spanish language, this I discovered recently.
As any other student of a language would, I bought a Spanish to English/English to Spanish dictionary. Should have been easy enough except for the fact that I have occasionally used words from the dictionary and people have had no idea what I was saying. After consulting with my tutor I discovered my dictionary is a Spanish for Spain dictionary and that was what was causing my problems. Of course this important piece of information was not printed on the dictionary.

Anger management techniques have been used for many years by people that have found themselves in a state of anger that is nearly impossible to control. Although no one wants to be in this situation, it is an inevitable situation for those that are there. Often, the best medicine to treat this is to seek out anger management counseling. Yet, there are some tips that you can use for anger management techniques in the meantime.
Education Is The Key
One thing that you need to realize is that anger management is something that happens to millions of people. Many people have problems handling stress, the frustrations that others put on them and the circumstances they are in. This happens for many reasons from childhood trauma to difficult adult situations and it has even been found to be something that can be hereditary. Sometimes, you can not stop the anger from happening. Yet, you can seek to educate yourself about it.
The first thing to realize is that anger management techniques will teach you to manage your anger and stress rather than trying to change what you can not. You can not make someone stop making you angry, no matter how much you try. The goal of anger management techniques is to reduce the emotional feelings that are causing you to be in this state. There is an actual physiological arousal that happens when you are angry. Through the right use of techniques you can actually find the ability to control this arousal.
Additionally, it is important for you to begin learning how to avoid, get rid of or handle the things and the people that cause you to become in this state of rage. While you can not make them stop making you mad, you can learn how to remove yourself from this area so that it is no longer something that affects your life.
Do I Need Anger Management?
In order to begin working with anger management techniques, you first need to determine if in fact you need anger management. To know this, you need to realize that you do have a problem. If your anger frightens others, causes destruction or is self inflicted pain, you do need to seek out the help of anger management techniques.
It is very important for you to secure the necessary help that is needed. If you have anger management programs, you may need to seek out effective anger management counseling. When you do this, you will start yourself on the road to learning how to better manage it. Anger management techniques will be taught to you to provide you with the most complete and effective ways of avoiding, getting out of trouble and in handling life when it really does not go as it should.

Amazing Grace
Matthew 27:46-7:7 What is Amazing Grace, where does it come from and how do we receive? . Appropriately, the free unmerited love and favor of God, the spring and source of all the benefits men receive from him. Nothing compares to the promise I have in you. The Joy of the Lord is my strength, mainstay and Hope, My Piece, Guidance and Charity Free and unmerited Love. These are the words that describe grace, but Amazing Grace is far more than this. Its more than just words in a book or words in a sermon, to me it’s a gift of abundance from God, as when He gave His only Son for our sacrifice, its when He heals a little woman of cancer, when He saves a father and mother in the twilight of their years, its when He gives us a another chance at life, its when the doctors say there’s no hope and the Spirit says there’s God, to me that’s Amazing Grace. I know that all of you at one time or another have sung the song Amazing Grace, but did you ever stop and think about what you were singing? In the beginning under the Mosaic Law, salvation was for the Jews. God had no covenant with the gentiles. “I once was lost but now I’m found”, who found you, who took a people, such as us, and was able by, Amazing Grace, to turn us into a people that were acceptable to God? “Was Blind but now I see.” A blinded people, worshiping devils, not knowing where the light was or how to obtain it, not being able to reach out because of the darkness of our heart and touch the face of God. Lets read the following list and see where and what, Amazing Grace is. 1.My grace is sufficient for thee. 2 Cor 12. 2.And if by grace, then it is no more of works. Rom 11. 3. A state of reconciliation to God. Rom 5:2. 4. Eternal life; final salvation. 1 Pet 1:13. 5. Spiritual instruction, improvement and edification. Eph 4:29. 6. Apostleship, or the qualifications of an apostle. Eph 3:8. 7.Where sin abounded, grace did much more abound. Rom 5. 8. Favorable influence of God; divine influence or the influence of the spirit, in renewing the heart and restraining from sin. 9. The application of Christ’s righteousness to the sinner. 10. Virtuous or religious affection or disposition, as a liberal disposition, faith, meekness, humility, patience, &c. proceeding from divine influence. 11. Favor; mercy; pardon. Lets look at #8 for a moment. Favorable influence of God; divine influence or the influence of the spirit, in renewing the heart and restraining from sin. 1.Renewing the heart and (2.) restraining from sin. (1.) Those that live in sin have not the spirit of God; they have not the seed of God and no not the Father. The renewing of the heart takes place only when the deeds of the flesh are recognized as sinful in nature and conviction comes upon an individual, from the Holy Ghost, to repent of his sins and change his heart, a circumcision of the heart and not of the flesh. Amazing Grace is knowing that if a child dies, our Father accepts them into His arms as pure and innocent, never having been convicted of sin, for they have not the knowledge of sin. (2.) Restraining from sin. We cant live a Christian life without the Devine influence from God and the direction from the Holy Spirit. The flesh is week but the spirit is willing. Our salvation is based upon renewing our minds by being put in remembrance of what has been preached, restraining from the lust of the flesh and turning aside all malaise and anger. Depending upon the Grace of God to sustain us in times of temptation, for He promised that with every temptation, He would make away for our escape. We can’t live the way we used to, we can’t lust after what the world deems important. The verse “without a vision my people perish” is very important here. Many Christians after a while start casting of restraint and only by Amazing Grace can the restraints be renewed in their lives. Casting off restraints simply means, reverting back to ones prior states before salvation, some churches call it backsliding, which is in scripture. Mat 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you, This is Gods promises, His Grace and His mercy upon a people that chose His Son over all. You’ve all probably heard the quote, I’m just a sinner saved by Grace thru Faith. Is this true in your life, were you just a sinner saved by grace or were you Gods creation whom He loved and by His Amazing Grace felt compassion upon you to send His Son to redeem you from the hands of Satan and sin? Did He find a people, such as us, that had a type of faith that He desired, we were all under sin, we were all lost, and we had no hope, no salvation and no God. But by the Grace of God we now not only have a God but we have a Father. This is our inheritance and our legacy from the Father; Mat 7:7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: Mat 7:8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. Amazing Grace is, Redemption, Reconcillation, Regeneration, Revitilazation, and Renewal of ones self with God. Church this is the Height and Depth of Amazing Grace, “Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani?” Mat 27:46 And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying that is to say, My God, My God, why hast thou forsaken me? A Psalm of David. “My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? Why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring?” This was truly a Fathers love for His children, Amazing Grace to allow the suffering of the one for the good of the many. M.H. This may be applied to any child of God, pressed down, overwhelmed with grief and terror. Spiritual desertions are the saints’ sorest afflictions; but even their complaint of these burdens is a sign of spiritual life, and spiritual senses exercised. Amazing Grace, the times we experience a separation from the Fathers Spirit, which allows us to grow in faith, is a time of great suffering within and without. But by Amazing Grace, our Father is just a heart beat away, a whimper, a cry, a prayer and He’s there to pick us up and say, “You’ve walked far my Child, come rest with Me awhile and well try again later.”We will all experience Amazing Grace when it comes for our passing into the arms of love, at the time of our departure from this life to the Joy unspeakable and full of Glory of Home.

As a beginner, you would be forgiven for thinking that marketing is simply advertising your product or service, how wrong you are.
Marketing is the art of allowing people to know that your business exists. You could be selling brand new BMW’s at $1 each, but if nobody ever got to hear of your amazing deals then nobody could ever buy into the bargain. You would be left, scratching your head, thinking how do those dealers keep selling them?
You must get your message out by every method known to mankind. This can be by direct advertisement, by personal contact, by phone, by chat room, by ebook, by viral methods, by contests, by giveaways, by conference, by affiliation, by broadcast, by joint venture, by email, by by by, the list is endless. The subtleties of branding and image all play their vital roles.
Take this strange event for example, if I flew over Disney World one day in a small aircraft, like you do, then buzzed around for a while and wrote my name, Pete Lauder, in smoke, into the sky. Everyone that looked up would say Pete Lauder, who’s he?
Most would ignore the whole affair and carry on with the day out, but a small element would think, Pete Lauder, I’ll find out. On returning home they would most likely tap my name into Google and find one of my web pages, but there would be no mention of any event in Florida, in fact, as much as I love Florida, I live in the UK. They would then go on to read my site, trying to find out about this strange sky writing. As a result of visiting my sites, some readers would buy my product, some would subscribe to my newsletter, but they would all remember my name, perhaps only subconsciously, but remember me they would.
You don’t need to fly over Disney World, be clever and use the net.
Take ten years and propel yourself into the future, a major recession has hit the western world and everyone is suffering. The people that were once too cautious to venture into business, now see it for what it is, a means of survival. They want to maintain the lifestyle they once knew, and surely want to add to it, so they begin to look around the internet at some of the offers that bombard their inbox daily.
Very soon they will come across the words, by Pete Lauder. Our prospect will instantly, subconciously connect with the name, because they have seen it before, and as if by magic, our prospect will follow me down any path I am steering at the time.
Because I’ve been working away in the background for ten years with my marketing, I am still around, and my name is a respected authority on internet business, and quite rightly so. I am sitting pretty, but my business still needs prospects.
By doing what I do now, I can guarantee that there will never be a shortage of new and eager prospects knocking on my door for the rest of my life. Your mission is to get yourself known and accepted, by every means possible. I am an experienced copywriter, but prefer to illustrate my messages by highlighting a method and allowing the prospect to work it out, this is a very powerful marketing technique, and you should be using it.
Marketing is never advertising for the moment, as I write this, although it is a legitimate, informative, published article, it is still, a form of marketing.
Just for the record, do you remember my name?
