Southern California is probably the most unique place to call home in the entire U.S.A Within a short drive, one can see the desert, beautiful beaches and gorgeous mountains where activities abound, which is what makes Southern California one of the most desirable places to call home.
Just north of the Mojave desert, there is a picturesque California mountain area called Tehachapi. Located just about 30 minutes outside of Lancaster and 45 minutes beyond Palmdale, in Kern county, the Tehachapi area is a unique locale where one can enjoy all four mildly distinct seasons. Summers are temperate and winters can bring snowfall around 4 times per year on average. Tehachapi was listed as one of the nicest places to retire in California by various magazines and sincerely has a “small-town” flavor to it. Tehachapi real estate prices are at all time lows because of the present economic state, as such there’s some tremendous steals to be had on both tract and custom houses in Tehachapi. The city is identified for its spread out houses and scenic views, with various quiet communities within the main city, such as Stallion Springs, Bear Valley Springs and Golden Hills; each offering a extraordinary charm. From Tehachapi to Hart Flat, the are is scattered with oak trees along a skyline of scenic golden hills. If you choose not to live in Tehachapi, it’s surely a great place to take a nice, relaxing, vacation in Southern California. You can find more information on Tehachapi Real Estate prices and about the area in general via the area’s local real estate magazine.

Are you like many older men? Discovering that your gut is expanding or taking a bee line due south. Do you have an accumulation of pants that are simply too small? Are you finding the months spent on your backside watching the tube, devouring snacks and chugging six packs has finally done you in, and you are wearing love handles? Would you like to get a six pack(get-a-sixpack.net)? Don’t worry too much. There are others in this six pack crisis and there is hope.
If you have too much flesh close to your breadbasket you need to start some ab exercises (ab-exercises.org). This is advantageous for both sexes as better abs lead to fewer lower back troubles. When you strengthen one you beef up the other. Sit ups as well as crunches are easy routines to strengthen the abdominals.
Targeting the lower back just try lying on the tummy. Lifting your feet and knees off of the flooring and lightly kicking your legs as if you were swimming. Do repetitions of 15 seconds action, resting 30 seconds.
While you’re at it, why not cut down on the sodium consumption. We are inclined to connect sodium and sodium loaded foods with heart problems and stroke. Sodium can produce water retention which can in turn increase the tummy fat. Stay away from processed foods and adding extra salt. A fat tummy can also be diminished by drinking water. Water not only serves to keep the body hydrated, it also aids your body to metabolize stored fat into energy and reduces your appetite.
You should probably consider cutting back on calories from alcohol. Im sure that you are simply as disappointed as I was to hear that alcohol doesnt perform the same function as water being that they are both liquid. Alcohol contains a lot of empty calories which for men have a tendency to get fixed around the stomach area resulting in spare tires. No need to eliminate alcohol altogether, just keep a tally of how much you drink and adjust as needed; just as you would if you were observing what you eat.

One of the chief complaints from customers about the way business is conducted these days centers on customer service. Either the service aspect is completely lacking or what has been promised to the customer hasn’t been kept. Dealing with the latter category, it is easy to see why customers are disappointed: sales people routinely over promise and then fail to deliver.
A disappointed customer is not only unhappy with your services, but they won’t recommend you to their friends. Even worse, an unsatisfied customer may tell their friends to simply not do business with you! Read on for some tips on how you can deliver right on time, every time and leave your customers satisfied and recommending you to their friends.
Successful sales people thrive by getting referrals from satisfied customers. You not only have a satisfied customer, but the opportunity for receiving highly recommended future prospects increases as well.
Here are a few things you should keep in mind when working with any client:
Keep your promises. If you tell your customer that you will provide x, y, z then you must deliver on x, y, z. Delivering anything less than what you promise makes you look like every other guy out there: a liar…at least in your customers’ eyes!
Do not over promise. Likely, your intentions are to come through to your customers as planned. However, are you tempted to give them the shortest possible turn around time just to close a sale? Don’t do that! Instead, build in some buffer time to allow for problems to arise, to be addressed, and to be moved out of the way.
Be a Hero, not a Zero. Smart salespeople have a very good idea when a job should be completed, but add in the buffer time anyway. Let’s say a job takes 10 days to do. Tell your customer that you will have it completed in 15 days. When you deliver earlier than planned, you’ll come out looking like a hero. Deliver late and you’ll look bad – And you will have to come up with some sort of costly “extra” to soothe their wounds!
So, what do you do with those customers who have a, “I want it done yesterday” mentality? Emphasize quality! That’s right, instead of falsely promising that you can get the job done within their ridiculously short timeframe, give them a realistic timeframe and mention that this is the time needed to “get the job done right the first time.” You’ll help move them away from an untenable deadline to one that is based on reality. Emphasize quality over everything else and you will have their attention.
Remember: a satisfied customer is a happy customer and they will cost you less in the long run. Meet or beat your deadline each and every time and you’ll have a customer who is very satisfied with your services and they will recommend you to their friends. You will save money, time, and aggravation – and you will profit immensely over the long run.

Bad credit can be detrimental to your financial position, in that it gives you a negative reputation; it can also, at times, be a hindrace for you if you buy on credit or get a loan. A bad credit rating also results in a high fee being levied, thus extending the overall debt.
In such cases, people usually resort to credit repair services, and generally end up paying high service charges to settle bad credit. There are other ways to repair bad credit; and they happen to be easy as well as free.
To begin with, determine the exact reason of your bad credit. It is not desirable to repair bad credit until you’re fully aware of the reason you got into it. A few likely causes for this situation could be a posteponed payment of a loan; maybe some unexpected events such as medical bills, job difficulties, etc.
Once you’ve determined the core cause to your problem, work your way towards the centre and focus on a solution that’s practical and efficient. Get an idea of your present-day financial status by going through your recent credit reports. Make sure you keep track of current credits and transactions. Use the recent reports from your creditors or yearly credit reports to assess your financial position.
To actually improve your bad credit and get your financial position back in a good standing, you need to start supervising your expenses and adjust your lifestyle. Don’t delay paying your expenses. If you can, pay them as soon as they arrive. This will avoid delayed payment charges, if in case an unexpected problem comes up and obstructs you from paying your expenses on time. Cut down your credit card expenses as much as you can. To some, this may sound ridiculous, but if you look back, you’ll realize that the ancient people lived a better life than we do today, and they did not use credit cards. Stability in bill payments is the vital point here. Slowly pay up all your credit bills and you’ll eventually repair your financial position.
People often propose that you discuss with your creditors. If you pull the right strings and bargain wisely, you could get discounts, instead of surcharges. Be positive and precautious. While talking to your creditors is not a surefire way of repairing bad credit, it surely can be effective.
Prevention is the best strategy. Instead of having to experience bad credit, why not prevent it in the first place? Pay your bills on time, do not hold up credit payments, and cut down on your credit card usage. However, if you do fall into a bad credit situation, then abide by the tips above. Bad credit can at times impair your social profile and prevent access to loans on beneficial terms, mortgages, etc.

Perhaps the biggest challenge faced by salespeople is the problem of chasing prospects. In this article I’ll explain exactly why that happens, and how you can avoid it entirely and make prospects chase you instead.
I once heard Donald Trump say, “In selling, you must never appear desperate. As
soon as you look desperate, it’s over.”
A friend and I were talking about the dynamics of a cold call the other day. When
we make that call, we usually hope and expect that the prospect will be receptive to
hearing what we have to say. However, salespeople face increasing resistance to
cold calling, as well as increasing flakiness on the part of prospects who do meet
with them. Instead of thinking, “Ok, this may be interesting,” here’s what most
prospects actually think when they receive a cold call: “Great. You don’t know me
and I don’t know you. You have no idea what my goals are. You don’t even know if
we need what you’re selling, and in spite of all that, you’ve decided to waste my time
anyway with this call.”
What is increasingly becoming the norm is to be rejected by the good, solid
prospects everyone wants, and to get appointments with flakey time-wasters who
will never buy. Flakiness, in particular, is a growing problem thanks to the fact that
prospects are increasingly bombarded with endless advertising as well as endless
salespeople. When you consider the fact that few prospects actually have the
courage to say “no” and instead choose to blow us off and make excuses, it
becomes even more frustrating.
One of the main themes I try to teach salespeople is two-fold: 1) You must be
supremely confident. 2) You must get into the habit of qualifying prospects OUT
instead of merely qualifying them. It is the appropriate response to ever-increasing
flakiness and evasiveness on the part of prospects. It’s our way of communicating to
them, “If you can’t take the heat, get out of the kitchen” in a non-verbal way. The
idea of taking the lead and qualifying prospects out is scary at first, and as a result
most salespeople aren’t willing to do it, but it will save you lots of otherwise wasted
time with prospects who aren’t really serious, and will free that time up to be spent
with prospects who are going to buy.
It’s important to start all sales relationships from a position of power, and you do
this in two ways: 1) Through your outward presentation. This is easily accomplished
by acting very professional and dressing better than your prospects, rather than
taking the wrong advice of “dressing like your prospects.” It’s easy to say “no” to
someone with whom you’re comfortable, but much more difficult to say “no” to
someone who intimidates you. 2) Through your actions. A great example is
someone who is squirrely about agreeing to an appointment with you. In many
cases, these are the people who finally agree to meet with you but eventually blow
you off without buying. When I found myself in this situation,
I discovered a great way to overcome it. It goes back to the idea of confidence
bordering on mild arrogance, and puts you in the position of power. When you’re
getting the runaround, something like “Well, we’ll let you know when we have time
to pencil you in,” say something like, “Great, let me know. I’m very busy so I need to
know either way – NOW.” This will get rid of time-wasters, and with serious
prospects, will clearly communicate that you’re a serious businessperson, should be
taken seriously, and will not tolerate having your time wasted and otherwise being
disrespected. It will also set you apart from the competition and greatly increase
your chances of getting the sale.
As time goes on and I work with more salespeople, I’m realizing that this idea of
being powerful really overrides everything else, and once you can pull it off, it
overshadows everything. You can do a poor job of presenting and selling and yet
this can carry you all by itself. For anyone who is doubtful about this idea of
presenting yourself as overconfident and even a little bit arrogant, I’ll go back to
Donald Trump since he’s famous for his giant ego. I saw him on Larry King, and as
they were taking live calls, one of the callers openly confronted him about his
massive ego and Larry King jumped on and questioned him about it as well. Donald
Trump simply replied, “Have you EVER met a successful person who didn’t have a
big ego?” After some hemming and hawing from King, Trump repeated the
question to him, and King finally said, “No.”
Moving on from the idea of avoiding an appearance of desperation and creating an
appearance of power, there’s another very good reason as to why prospects who are
uncovered via cold calling are flakey. This one has nothing to do with us and
everything to do with a particular prospect’s mindset and level of sales vulnerability
to begin with.
Most of us have noticed, at some time or another, that prospects who absolutely
refuse to take cold calls and have giant “No Soliciting” signs plastered on their front
doors tend to be the easiest to sell to once you manage to get in front of them.
There are a few popular theories as to why this is so, the most common one being
the idea that since so few salespeople get through to begin with, there is little
competition and therefore a better chance of getting the sale. However, I know the
real reason behind this.
The reason those people are so defensive against sales pitches and have all those
“No Soliciting” signs is quite simple. They are AFRAID of salespeople. They know
very well that they have a very difficult time saying “no,” and as such they are highly
vulnerable to sales presentations and know very well that if a salesperson gets to
them, they’ll probably buy whether they need to or not.
(I never figured this out until I spoke with an expert on social dynamics who has
studied the subject of human social interaction in depth. He explained that the
people who act the coldest and most unapproachable in social settings do so
because they’re overly vulnerable to being seduced and falling in love and therefore
are afraid of what someone’s advances may lead to.)
Now that we’ve explained why those people are the easiest to sell to, let’s look at
the opposite type of prospect: those who willingly take your call and willingly agree
to set an appointment.
If those who are easily sold won’t take your call and won’t agree to meet with you,
why would someone be so agreeable to taking your call and meeting with you?
Exactly. It’s because they have no fear of salespeople. They know right from the
start that there’s little chance of them being sold. Their openness and receptiveness
to your call puts us off-guard. We think we have a great shot at a sale, but in reality
we’re meeting with someone who is 99% certain not to buy.
Since the people who willingly take cold calls usually don’t buy, and the people who
usually buy don’t take cold calls, what’s the solution? Since those who are easily
sold almost always meet with salespeople only when they’ve called the salesperson
first and not the other way around, you must get your message across to these
people in creative and effective ways other than cold calling.
To those highly desirable prospects who are easily sold, all salespeople seem the
same. The only way to win with them is to separate yourself from the rest of the
crowd.
The first way to accomplish this is to be that powerful businessperson who needs
nothing and deserves respect. I think most of us were taught and have gotten into
the habit of treating prospects as superiors and as a result we tend to do whatever
is convenient for prospects and otherwise kiss up to them. We are used to
rearranging our schedules just to meet with that one prospect. Stop this, and start
expecting your prospects to treat YOU with the respect and consideration you
deserve as someone who is not only a business equal, but who has the knowledge
and wisdom to help them and improve their businesses and their lives.
The second way to stand out is to stop cold calling. Nothing will stereotype you as
a typical salesperson faster than a cold call. The way to win with prime prospects is
to get your message across to them in ways that don’t use cold calling. You’ll get in
front of the easy sales, and you won’t have any competition once you get there.

Women and men alike typically look really good with long legs. The top models and the best-looking people in the world usually have long leg. Changing the size of your legs is very far fetched, there have been attempts in the past to physically change the length and make them longer for professional sport reasons. The techniques that were used are not what we would think of as being easy or appealing, but legs did get physically longer.
To get your legs to appear longer you have to use clothes and outfits. There are ways to have the clothes made in a certain way and then paired up where it can make you appear to be much taller in the leg area then you actually are. High-rise jeans work great, just make sure that they are flared or bell-bottomed at the lowest point towards the ground, then tuck in a tight shirt. A dress that does not have sleeves will work great to give the appearance of longer legs, make sure that the waste is higher than on your other clothes.
We should all be working to keep your bodies healthy and our legs in shape. You can take the weight loss pill acceletrim if you want to trim down on your clothes sizes and have more energy through your days. We can all use clothes to help us appear a certain way, and this is great, and we will be out on the beach soon presenting our bodies to the world.

Watches are classic. They are timeless. In a world where time seems to fly, having a reliable watch is a must-have accessory for any wardrobe. Whether shopping for yourself or as a gift for someone special, a watch is the perfect choice.
With so many manufacturers and use of metals, there is without a doubt something for everyone. If durability and longevity is what you seek, it may be time to consider titanium watches. These timepieces are crafted using one of the strongest materials available to watch manufacturers. Titanium watches feature some of the lowest weight to strength ratios found in any metal. In short, this comes down to the fact that titanium watches have cases that are both lightweight and strong while maintaining an exceptional resistance to extreme temperatures. To give you an idea, Titanium weighs less than half of the weight found in steel, yet is a mere 60% heavier than aluminum. However, it is certainly much stronger.
Some individuals suffer from metal allergies, which means that they cannot wear certain pieces of jewelry without having some type of reaction. A discoloration of the skin is most common, but the reactions vary depending upon the individual ’s resistance to metal and the metal’s contents. Because of the properties in Titanium, watches made from this metal are shown to cause fewer allergic reactions than even gold or silver. In addition, Titanium watches are resistant to saltwater corrosion, which is valuable for divers, surfers or swimmers. Many of these watches are crafted to withstand virtually any environment, which provides for a good investment.
Titanium was discovered over 300 years ago, but was not used in the production of watches until the 1900s. A cost-effective process for working with titanium was founded in the 1940s and so began the era of a new style of watches. This new method provided users with a large variety of colors, including classic to extravagant.
Many of the world’s top watch manufacturers offer titanium watches, including Citizen, Seiko and others. Perhaps the widest selection of watches can be found online, but retail watch dealers may also carry a nice selection of products. Depending on your geographical location, a nice selection may be widely available at every corner. For those who do not have a large retail hub nearby, the internet or specialty catalog shopping may be a nice option. Prices range from several hundred up to several thousand, depending on the style and features that you choose.
When purchasing any timepiece, inquire about product warranties and guarantees. If your watch has a warranty card or information, follow the manufacturer instructions to ensure that your warranty is properly activated. If you need to return a warranty card, do so as quickly as possible. If the warranty information is simply tucked inside the box, always be sure to keep it in a safe place. It is a good idea to retain all warranty information, along with your original purchase receipt. This will aid in proper handling of future warranty issues, such as repair or replacements should they arise in the future.

The location of the Great Pyramid at the centre of the Earth’s land masses, unless it is truly a coincidence, implies the following. First, its builders knew the geography and size of the Earth quite accurately because they could not otherwise calculate the correct centre of land – masses. Second, they chose Egypt because the centre is there {It would be quite coincidental that they were Egyptian as well.}, and this means that Ancient Egyptian civilization may have arisen because of lingering cultural influences as well as because of the supposed advantages conferred by the Nile. Third, the three pyramids of the Giza complex, including the Sphinx, were built by someone other than the Ancient Egyptians–unless we are willing to grant them advanced knowledge as well–but then we must contend with the various correlations at Giza that all point to 10,500 B.C. as the origin of the Giza complex {I’ll grant this date or 2,000 years later for the Sphinx, as well as the whole complex being designed at this time. I believe the capstones were used before the final Pyramids were constructed. It would appear there were other pyramids built to imitate this ‘GREAT’ pyramid. The issue of the Brazilian pyramids is yet to be determined, and it is possible they are even more ‘fantastic’.}. Either the three pyramids and the Sphinx were built by an unknown culture long before the beginnings of Ancient Egypt, now dated as about 3200 B.C., or the Egyptians themselves have a much longer history than we think.” (1)
Some hermetic sages who are heroes of mine are mentioned in the following response to a person asking me about Shakespeare’s tragedies. The publisher site mentioned in this was in reference to Diverse Druids which set the stage for my re-evaluation of all history and man’s cultural evolution or devolution. The graphics from that book and site are included herein.
Shakespeare’s Cosmogony of the Spheres and the Tao combine with the chakras to give the Tree of Life or Norse and Indian of America – this Tree of Yggdrasil is shown in the graphics at my publisher site.
The Triune Nature of Man is the Tao plus Divine Spirit and together can become Providential especially when a true union (Yoga means union) is achieved. Thus as Victor Hugo noted in his evaluation of Shakespeare “One is drawn back again and again to the cliff over-looking the waves of the marvellous, and each time taking one step further down or towards the precipice”. But when you lose yourself fully in the ‘marvelous’ you will find PURPOSE and that Divine Providence you are part and parcel of. We are all Gods in Training and God requires all energy to harmonize and thus another phrase for Shakespeare’s Cosmogony (a paper I did a real study of in grade 11) is ‘Harmony of the Spheres’ (spheres is sephirah).
How much of the intrigue surrounding the abuse of religion was known to Pelikan, the eminent scholar of Yale University, is a matter of conjecture. He certainly would have known about Prescott Bush and the other Skull and Bones people named in court proceedings for trading with the enemy. He most certainly would have known about the Rockefeller involvement in the family of Jesus or Merovingian group that includes the Rothschilds and Kennedy family. And he should have known a lot more about the man (Rothschild illegitimate that Hitler’s father was) who called himself ‘the torch-bearer for Jesus’. I have delved into the matter of esoteric teachings in the St. Germain established center of Vienna where Hitler and his father studied for much of their life. I am sure there is a great deal I will never know about the von Neumann he spent time with there. You must ask yourself why Old Joe Kennedy and the Brown Bros./Harriman/Bush and the later Bilderbergs of Prince Bernhard or the Beacon Hill Mob of Rockefeller/Rothschilds were supporting Hitler and Stalin both.
The Sun god, Mithras, was the most widely worshipped deity in the Roman Empire in the first century when Christianity was first forming. Mithras was called the Son of God, the light of the world, he was a redeemer and savior and his birthday was celebrated on December twenty-fifth. He eventually died and was buried in a cave and was resurrected three days later. Sound familiar? Constantine is said to have converted to Christianity but that is pure ‘Spin’ from the editor of the Bible. He was a Mithras worshipper and they are Heliopolitans or Luciferians just like Hitler and his ‘torch-bearer’ crap. IESA is in Iesoos of the fish symbol and IXOYE as well as many other pre-Christian things they appropriated; which the Father of Biblical Archaeology says shows the Bible is a ‘Phoenician literary legacy’. It is not the first time you have heard about it.
Iesa also can be shown in Zeus and Hijaz or even Giza or Gizeh when you understand the aspirant ‘H’ which still allows people to pronounce Jesus as Hey-soos or Julio as Who-lio. The lack of ‘J’ in most pre-Christian alphabets is important and we can learn a lot about words when we take out the vowels and look for doubling or reversing consonants. I think doubling shows a removal from the original so we see Bible and Babel and Byblos are all from BL or Bel and Ba’al whose city or ‘bek’ is very ancient indeed.
So a Jew includes all those noble arch-tectons (see Septuagint) who built the Pyramid – that means all elites. And elites have been known to use their FLOCK as sword or cannon fodder. Hitler learned about this ancient culture of Wotan, Iesa, the Vaner and the Gaedhils who are the builders of the Pyramid in pre-Hyksos time.
“Conor Newman, an archaeology lecturer at the National University of Ireland at Galway, located the subterranean temple of Tara. Since 1992, Newman has been working on the Hill of Tara preparing a survey of the area for the state-funded Discovery Program. He found the Tara monument using an underground radar device. ‘It fills a very important place in the jigsaw because it allows us to make sense of the distribution of other monuments all around it,’ says Newman.1
The Discovery Program, set up under the auspices of the Heritage Council, carried out a survey of the Hill of Tara between 1992 and 1996 when Mr. Newman was director.
When Mr. Newman moved to Galway he continued to be involved in the project. Using sophisticated technology, he and his team of experts mapped what was underground. Like Theseus, they seek the secrets of the labyrinth-dwelling Mino-Taur, the King of Tara. The work is slow and tedious, because it has yielded such a huge amount of information.
What they uncovered eventually at the crown of the hill was a huge, oval-shaped monument measuring about 170 meters at its widest point. Around it are 300 postholes measuring two meters wide. Evidence indicates this `Crown’ (tiara) of Tara was constructed through an enormous effort. 300 towering oak posts once surrounded the hill.
‘We think it probably dates from 2500 to 2300 BC and still had a big physical presence even after the posts were taken out or rotted,’ Mr. Newman said.2
This is the approximate time of Abraham, the “son of Terah” who became the patriarch of Judaism, Christianity and Islam (the three religions at the root of the holy War on Terror).
His “Oaks of Mamre” were well known and long revered.3 Credible evidence of them has never been discovered in the Holy Land. However, in Ireland clear evidence is found at Tara.
Legend says Abraham’s oaks existed from the beginning of the world, and used to be green and bear leaves until his descendent Jesus died, when it and all sacred oaks were cut down.
Jesus (called Pan-Tara, `god of Tara’) is known in ancient Irish history as Iessa, a name derived from I.A. or E.A. (pronounced Eye-a), the Sumerian creator god who was portrayed wearing a fish suit. Lord Melchizedek, the Pope-king of Jerusalem (Ire-u-salem) and forerunner of Christ who initiated Abraham and his wife, Sarah,4 is equated with E.A. The Irish called him the sun god Fin (an Irish name for the Sun), a pun on fish. The Irish are called the Children of the Sun, because in Egypt Ra, the Ray or the Ra-Eye is the Sun. Ra’s symbol is an eye. Hence, the term Iris or Irish.
Fin (E.A.) presided over the Tara assembly, as a Druid in strangely flowered garments, and with a double-pointed head-dress and bearing in his hand a book. His two-headed miter of fishy form, his upright rod, spotted or checkered garment and basket in hand, are symbols that align him with E.A. His column (i, eye) or pillar of Tara is remembered as the Tree of Life of numerous traditions.” (2)
Are they intent on keeping us in the dark and treating us like mushrooms for some ulterior reason? Mushrooms thrive on manure but humans perform better when provided firsthand information rather than manipulative, trite and false statistics that compare us against others. We must authenticate authority and it must demonstrate a creative and loving purpose before we entitle it to lead us into the vast horizons of creative universe which aren’t (and never were) limited by some Malthusian economic model. They also aren’t limited by the potential to destroy us, when you consider biotechnology, nanotechnology, mind-control, robots with human and other biological components as well as the usual greed and power needs of insecure deviates.

It has been forecast that the top 680 ski areas would be decreased to 415 by 2048. Adalrico Trevisan announced that ski resorts will notice the pain long before then, not because of a lack of snowfall just from a general shrinkage in buying might related to the cost of crude oil. And what about climate change? Scientists have exhibited that a twofold increase of CO2 levels shall raise ground temps by 5 – 7 degrees. However there remain two open queries. The pace of warming and the consequences on the ski resorts climate. Several Celsius warming up in the last 100 yrs hasn’t been seen over the last 1000000 yrs. During the ending of the last ice age 21000 years ago the heating of four Celsius was over a period of 6 to nine thousand yrs.
